Al Sharq has deployed a fully customized version of mobiCare.Hundreds of patients have already downloaded the app and enjoying the benefits.The hospital now has a virtual link with the patient even after the checkout. Such a link is being utilized for sending medical tips, health care alerts etc.
The interface of Al Sharq's customized mobiCare is neat and simple.The introductory splash screen has an image of the hospital.The menu is incorporated along with the splash screen.Links to 10 sections originate from the home page menu. The first tab is the language tab where users can choose between English and Arabic version.Next is the Appointment tab where users can fix appointment with in-house doctors.There is registration form which needs to be filled before proceeding further in this section.
The form acquires details of the patient like Name,Gender,Location,Phone number etc.This information is used for administrative purposes by the hospital.Next is the 'Ask Questions' section.Once the client has registered with the app, they can post their queries on this section.Concerned specialists in the hospital will respond to the query and hospital will send it to the client.
Next on the list is the 'Health Tools' section.This section hosts a variety of useful health tools like Status recorder, Health Graph,BMI Calculator, Weight Management,Voice notifications, Video Messages, Picture Messages, History of Statistics etc.
Next on the list is the Schedule section where Pregnancy Tips and Vaccination Tips are listed.Upon providing necessary details, the app will sent notifications and tips at precise intervals. Next on the list is the Tips section which contains lifesaving First-Aid tips, Health related tweets,Videos. Quote of the day is also integrated in this section.Next is the Notifications section where users can adjust the interval for receiving alerts and reminders.Follow the Notification section is the 'Services' section which contains details of Departments and Doctors available at the hospital.'Insurance' section which follows the Services section provides details regarding Insurance approvals.
'More' section provides facility to add Family members to the current list of members in the app.Users can post feedback from this menu. Also settings of the app can be changed using this menu.Basic information regarding the hospital is also added in this menu.
